GovPay Honored with Esteemed Chairman’s Award at NBQSA National ICT Awards 2025!

We are proud to announce that GovPay - the Government Digital Payment Platform - has been honoured with the Chairman’s Award at the NBQSA National ICT Awards 2025, held on 10th October 2025 at Taj Samudra, Colombo. A collaborative initiative by the Ministry of Digital Economy, the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA), and LankaPay, GovPay continues to redefine digital government payments in Sri Lanka, enabling citizens to make secure and real-time payments for public services online. Since its launch in February 2025, GovPay has facilitated over 30,952 payments across 2,472 citizen services from 172 government organizations, collecting government revenue exceeding LKR 358,675,749.

This marks the third prestigious award received by GovPay this year, underscoring its growing impact in driving digital transformation within the public sector.
