Dinuka Perera

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Perera has a solid background in banking, national payment infrastructure, project management, business process reengineering, change management, and procurement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Regina, Canada, and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) in Sri Lanka. Mr. Perera is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Throughout his career, Mr. Perera has gained extensive experience with multinational corporations such as HSBC and large conglomerates. His strategic insights and leadership have been key in managing complex projects. Currently, Mr. Perera serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LankaPay (Private) Limited, where he contributes to the financial technology sector.

Mr. Perera is also a visiting lecturer at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration, sharing his knowledge on project management and related disciplines. His combination of academic credentials, industry certifications, and professional experience makes him a respected figure in finance and project management.
