Mr. Galappaththy brings extensive experience and a diverse skill set to LankaPay (Private( Limited by encompassing crucial areas of corporate finance such as financial strategy, planning and budgeting, analysis, control and reporting, investor relations, investment and treasury management, financial risk management, compliance and governance.

He is a Fellow Member of CIMA, UK. Having graduated from the University of Moratuwa in Civil Engineering with a B.SC (Second Upper), Rasika is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL). He holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM).

Throughout his career, Rasika held pivotal roles in esteemed organizations, namely, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board, Ernest & Young, Acuity Knowledge Partners, Assetline Holdings and in overseas, Ministry of Health in Canada and Addison Leasing. His responsibilities included shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and ensuring long-term sustainability across critical areas of corporate finance.

With his wealth of experience, Rasika is poised to lead LankaPay's finance team effectively. His leadership will be instrumental in guiding financial decisions and ensuring the organization's long-term success.
