If you require additional assistance, LankaSign also provides dedicated in-person support at Sri Lanka Customs to ensure a smooth and guided registration experience.

From 01 July 2026, our authorized representatives will be stationed at Sri Lanka Customs to assist importers and stakeholders with the issuance and activation of digital signatures required for electronic submissions via the ASYCUDA System.

As Sri Lanka’s only accredited Certification Service Provider(CSP), LankaSign issues legally recognized digital certificates that fully comply with Sri Lanka Customs requirements.

Documents Required for Digital Certificate Application

LankaSign Application

Certificate of Registration (Certified by the Divisional Secretariat)

Certified copies of NICs of proprietor/partners (Certified by an Attorney-at-Law/ Justice of Peace)

VAT certificate (Copy)

TIN certificate (Copy)

Signed Subscriber Agreement by the authorized signatory (Proprietor / Partners)

Certified copy of NIC/Passport/Driving License of the user (Must be a certified true copy by an Attorney-at-Law/ Justice of Peace or by an Authorized officer of the Company)

LankaSign Application

Certificate of incorporation - Form 01 / 40 or equivalent document, Form 20 or a Board Resolution as applicable (Certified by Registrar of Companies (ROC) or the Company Secretary/ Director)

VAT certificate (Copy)

TIN certificate (Copy)

Signed Subscriber Agreement by authorized signatory (Authorized officer or Director (s) whose name appears on the board resolution/Form 20 should sign the agreement along with the Company seal)

Certified copy of NIC/Passport/Driving License of the user (Must be a certified true copy by an Attorney-at-Law/ Justice of Peace or by an Authorized officer of the Company)

LankaSign Application

Statement of Signatures/ a resolution printed on a Letter Head authorizing the signatory to sign the Agreement.

Subscriber Agreement signed by the Authorized signatory. (Authorized officer (s) whose name appear on the statement of signature should sign the agreement along with the Organization’s seal)

Certified copy of NIC/Passport/Driving License of the user (Must be a certified true copy by an Attorney-at-Law/ Justice of Peace or by an Authorized officer of the Organization)
