KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has an overall responsibility to assist the management in continual improvement of FINCSIRT operations and assist member organizations on information security needs, including the following key activities:

• Responsible for handling information security incidents reported by FINCSIRT members.
• Responsible for updating members on threats pertaining to the financial sector.
• Responsible for Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration Testing activities.
• Responsible for information security system testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Conducting research and development activities.
• Conducting security awareness training.
• Conducting audit and compliance activities for member institutes.
• Conducting security consultations on member requirements.
• Conducting information security product reviews for the members.
• Implementing FINCSIRT information security framework within the financial sector.

In addition, you should be a team player with the commitment to deliver required service support for internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in the field of Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• One or more information security-related certification is required. Certifications such as OSCP, OWSP, CEH, CISA, and CISM are preferred. Vendor certifications related to system and network administration, such as MCSE, CCNP, CCSE, CCSP, and RHCSA/RHCE, will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
• 5 years of work experience in related domains.
